肥胖併發敗血症有極高致死率,對社會經濟影響極大,然目前無有效治療。本計畫創新設計以控釋系統介導間質幹細胞外泌體、細胞激素結合誘餌胜肽及微囊蛋白-1支架領域胜肽之合併療法,可望透過全面調控,有效治療肥胖併發敗血症。此療法可望成為肥胖併發敗血症之創新治療,有效提升相關領域之發展。
