嚴重急性呼吸道症候群冠狀病毒2型(Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, SARS-CoV-2)感染肺部後引發嚴重急性肺部損傷。目前治療方針分為抑制病毒複製及減輕感染後過度之發炎反應,迄今仍無有效的治療方式。骨化三醇(Calcitriol)為維生素D的活化態,與細胞內之維生素D結合蛋白結合後可調控肺部腎素-血管收縮素之平衡及減少白血球在肺部組織浸潤。本研究透過給予經SARS-CoV-2之棘蛋白及聚肌胞苷酸(Poly I:C)所引起之急性肺損傷之小鼠靜脈注射骨化三醇後,觀察對肺部及全身發炎反應之調控,期望本計畫結果可作為臨床治療之參考。
