我們期望延續近期在nature communication的研究，在DLBCL建立分子動態結合模型分析與動態蛋白質交互作用網路，並以小分子藥物結合位相發展前導藥物或以MYC、BCL2或新穎生物標記為標靶作為臨床治療策略。計畫申請人研究團隊結合生物資料處理、基礎研究與離體組織人體試驗三大主軸，以開發DLBCL有效抗癌策略為目標。
