Project Details

Description

The common surgery of dental are tooth extraction and periodontal surgery, hemostatic cotton common and effective rapid control of bleeding stuffing, and it can be used as a tooth extraction and implant surgery injured hand bone tissue regeneration stent. The hemostasis stuffing of this project will be used in dental surgical hemostatic cotton research and development. Development with decomposition absorption characteristics and have the appropriate degree of flexibility stuffing material, shorten patient recovery time, the nature of the degradation can be excreted the human body to absorb and thus, to avoid a second surgery to remove and distress. The framework of the plan period of three years, the first year is set for the material parameters, condition and determine process and set the relevant parameters of hemostasis and surgical needs excellent design of nature, and the physicochemical and mechanical properties of the degradation test. The second annual assessment of the biocompatibility in accordance with ISO 10993 biocompatibility specification test analysis include cell activity, blood compatibility tests and antibacterial test. The third year for the selection of the better conditions of material of animal experiments to verify actual live animal experiments and the analysis of the biopsy tissue observed, as a favorable basis for future clinical trials.
