其新穎水膠具有能夠裝載雙抗癌藥物，大腸癌末期患者，在手術後，以注射或是塗抹在切除組織之患部附近，藉由MOF攜帶藥物至癌細胞，釋放出藥物，能夠消除癌細胞，防止轉移到其他器官。而水膠中填充MOF奈米藥物，輔以光熱效應和芬頓反應，能夠強化奈米藥物毒殺癌細胞的能力。期望能夠挽救大腸癌末期病人死亡率偏高的問題。
