本計畫將開發可專一性刺激胰島細胞增生之人類化拮抗型anti-BACE2抗體，應用於治療第二型糖尿病；及可同時刺激胰島細胞增生並保護胰島免於自體免疫攻擊之人類化PD-L1融合蛋白新藥，應用於治療第一型(自體免疫系統攻擊胰島凋亡)糖尿病。進一步完成可直接橋接進入工業化製程(CMC)及GLP級毒理試驗，並推動進入臨床試驗階段。
