本研究將開發及驗證生成式 AI 認知數位治療平台於阿茲海默症的應用，本次計畫中本團隊將 (1) 開發並驗證生成式 AI 認知數位治療系統在維持阿茲海默症患者認知功能方面的有效性 (2) 評估此系統透過個人化懷舊內容與互動刺激，降低憂鬱與躁動行為的潛力 (3) 檢驗系統所取得的「任務式數位整體認知分數」的準確度，並與MMSE等標準測驗進行比對 (4) 運用腦功能性磁振造影（fMRI）探討生成式 AI 刺激是否能促進大腦補償性神經網路的活化機制
