1. 開發一種環保的奈米粒子合成工程,為高效、規模化生產提供綠色替代方案。 2. 研究PEDOT:PSS HANPs合併外部電刺激治療OA軟骨細胞和大鼠退化性膝關節炎之療效,並與有或沒有電刺激的玻尿酸藥物和奈米製劑進行比較,探討其機制。 3. 改良現有關節內注射HA治療OA的配方,將奈米藥物與超導電分子PEDOT:PSS結合,結合外部電刺激,以提高治療效果。
