本計畫所開發之富血小板纖維蛋白及多孔可降解鎂基非晶質合金自鎖式生物支架用於臨界尺寸骨缺損修復,能提供醫師具足夠力學性質且不必使用骨釘骨板系統進行固定,所富含的生長因子能夠促進骨癒合,患者不必使用自體骨或不具骨誘導之人工骨進行移植,能夠縮短術後住院時間及花費。此植入物能夠提供骨科醫師在臨床上的新選擇。
