Cell Penetrating Peptide Derived from Human Eosinophil Cationic Protein in Allergic Inflammation Modulation- Enhancing Delivery and Effect of Anti-Sense Rna Targeting Stat-6

本計畫有別於以往之研究，利用嗜伊紅性白血球陽離子蛋白衍生之細胞穿透胜肽 (Cell penetrating peptide derived from human eosinophil cationic protein, CPPecp) 特有進出細胞膜的特性， 並接合STAT-6反義RNA， 預期能順利帶入STAT-6反義RNA到核內， 以減少重要過敏相關細胞激素如IL-4 和 IL-13的作用，來治療過敏性疾病。研究結果可提供更有效過敏創新治療模式，以及其免疫調節的作用。期望成為過敏性病患更有效之治療。
