運用「體學技術」分析,來探討藉由木寡糖來改善長期攝取高脂飲食之小鼠腸道菌相以及降低由有害菌產生的代謝物,探討肝臟-腸道菌相-腦部指標之間的關聯性,以降低初期神經退化之病徵。利用健康腸道的概念,對於高齡化社會所帶來的神經退化性及西方飲食所造成之影響及相互之間的關聯性能有較全面性的了解。
