思覺失調症或罕見疾病海洋性貧血病人皆長期仰賴藥物治療且可能因合併有高泌乳血症或鋅缺乏;以致於造成不孕。臨床上雖可更換副作用較少的藥物;但實務上仍有困難,且先天因素或因輸血造成的鐵沉積病人的荷爾蒙異常問題亦尚待解決;因此,本研究目的在篩檢高風險病人並釐清藥物治療反應之個人差異與高泌乳血症調控因子,以期提供更佳藥物及食品營養照護的策略。
