A Preclinical Study on the Repurposing of Dapagliflozin for Treating Metastatic Head and Neck Carcinoma via Disruption of Tumor-Tumor Microenvironment Connection through Tspan1/Slpi Signaling

Project: A - Government Institutionb - National Science and Technology Council

Project Details

Description

We identified TSPAN1 and SLPI as potential targets for HNSCC. Our molecular docking analysis suggested that dapagliflozin could be repurposed for treating HNSCC via targeting TSPAN1 and SLPI.
