本計畫之執行將闡明靶向RNA剪接因子 SRSF1/XIRP2 在腫瘤放療抵抗性及免疫信號上的臨床應用,並提高肝細胞癌對放療的敏感性治療提供指引。藉由應用病患腫瘤組織異種移植小鼠模式,成為肝細胞癌放療抵抗研究的臨床前測試平台,有助於個人化精準醫療的新趨勢。
