唾液腺的正常對於口腔健康至關重要。一般接受放射治療的頭頸癌患者常見到的後遺症為口水減少,進而導致後續併發的口腔疾病,例如牙周病,說話,吞嚥和消化上的困難,嚴重影響病人的生活品質。此研究旨在測試我們新開發之生物膠局部藥物遞送載體(ADC)包裹抗輻射藥物,是否具有保護唾液腺免於輻射治療後受傷的功效,且 同時能促進唾液腺組織自我修復來減少唾液分泌不足而造成的口腔疾病。
