The whole research was divided to two years. The first-year plan: 1. To establish the working committee as the framework for program. 2. To complete the national survey of the perception and perfom attitudes toward dental offices in Taiwan. 3. To establish the chek- lists and self-evaluated methods of dental infection control, incuding self-check form, responsible person, check frequency, audit method, improvement plan, follow-up, etc. 4. To sample the 30 research dental offices by multiple proportional ramdomized sampling metod from the data pool of Taiwan dental association. The intentional sampling method was conducted if necessary. 5. To comple the quality control activities planning of dental infection control, including education and training, visiting of sampled dental offices, meetings, incentive mechnism. 6. To comple " Q & A of Dental Infection Control, draft ", including public edition and professional edition. 7. The results of the The first-year study will be the basis for reference and expansion of the second year of tthis research. The second-year plan: 1. To keep on the function of the working committee. 2. To sample the 30 research dental offices by multiple proportional ramdomized sampling metod from the data pool of Taiwan dental association. The intentional sampling method was conducted if necessary. 3. To comple the quality control activities planning of dental infection control, including education and training, visiting of sampled dental offices, meetings, incentive mechnism. 4. To complete the benchmark learning activities of dental infection control. 5. To comple the pulplication of " Q & A of Dental Infection Control ", including public edition and professional edition. 6. To comple six digital learning courses and recorders, including: disinfection and sterilization in dental equipmenst, prevention of dental sharp objects and blood body fluid exposure, dental hand hygiene, dental medical waste management and environmental monitoring in dental office, infection control of invasive dental treatment, prevention and control of dental infections in emerging infectious diseases. 7. To held the dental infection control forum. 8. To finish the final report and offer the research results to related organizer for reference and implement.
