BIMD provides a pipeline to productize the scholarly theory which improves the application value of products, and as well as to provide an appropriate prototyping environment for both biomaterial and pharmaceutical products.
In achieving our mission goals, we provide proper environment and services for both scholars and vendors to productize their intellectual and conceptual ideas. BIMD research center helps in medical devices pre-testing according to related certificate statute (such as ISO, ASTM, etc.), which simultaneously link up “clinical, patent, manufacturing, testing and inspection” for prototypes, before the actual product(s) is produce for marketing. This wide range of research will not only benefit the medical communities, but also improve Taiwan Medical Standards (TWMS).
