本校於2019年12月率先國內150幾所大學校院成立第一個數據處，期能藉由數據處的成立，進行數據資源整合，包含附屬醫院臨床資料庫、健保資料庫、生物資料庫、校務研究資料庫等資源。
於2021年8月，為提升資料深度與廣度，以及完善數據服務，數據處進行組織變革與再造，下設臨床數據中心、健康資料加值暨統計中心、校務研究中心，並新設生物資訊中心，讓各中心發揮最大功效，並為全校師生與附屬醫院同仁提供即時且優質的數據服務。
