應用分子流行病學碩士學位學程成立於2018年，有別於以方法學為主的一般流行病學訓練，本學程更重視產業及政策應用效益，納入分子生物學、大數據分析及成本效益等面向，建置跨專業能力訓練的整合及加值平台。培養提升學生國際視野及世界脈絡，透過舉辦例行性相關專業領域國際論壇，提供學生世界級新穎知識及實務經驗交流建立長期國際化跨領域學習平台，提升學生國際移動力。因應大數據AI時代來臨，培育巨量遺傳數據分析人才，加值各醫事專業人員之核心能力與提升其產學轉譯能力。
