General surgery department is subspecialized into digestive surgery, metabolic and bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery,breast surgery, endocrine surgery, and hepatobiliary surgery. With the advancement of medical technology, the surgery is now evolving to minimal invasive and robotic assisted surgery. Most of the digestive and hepatobiliary surgeries can be performed by laparoscopic approach. With less destructive surgical technology, the patient will has less immunosuprssion , faster recovery and better comesis.
